Olive Endoscope Reprocessing Equipment

WHY OLIVE ENDOSCOPE REPROCESSING EQUIPMENT??

Reprocessing is a collaborative endeavour. It is critical to invest in quality equipment for your reprocessing unit in addition to investing in consumables, employing competent workers, training them, and regular self-monitoring. Olive Health Care provides integrated endoscope reprocessing solutions that benefit our clients in a variety of ways, including patient safety, infection control, personnel safety, scope damage and cost reduction, aesthetic appeal, and more.

Your requirements may differ, but our standards do not.

All our products are designed with four goals in mind:

Compliance with International Safety Standards

Olive reprocessing equipment are designed in accordance with multi-society guidelines for safe endoscope reprocessing. Our team is dedicated to regular updates and innovation of design that will facilitate compliance with latest safety guidelines.

The transport container must be labelled to indicate bio-hazardous contents Containers should be large enough to prevent damage to the endoscope by being coiled too tightly.

Use magnification and adequate lighting to help assist in visual inspection (AAMI, 2015). Repeat manual cleaning step(s) if not clean.

How does investing in Olive Health Care products save you money in the long run?

    • Scope damage is a significant expense for any hospital. Olive Transportation Cart, Olive PMMA Fiber manual cleaning station, Olive Inspection & drying table, EZY Flush, and Olive EDC allow hospitals to save repair costs by up to 85% by addressing the cause of damage. Furthermore, the Olive Bedside trolley allows rapid and safe endoscope cleaning at the point of use, preventing biofilm accumulation, which is a major cause of reprocessing failure.
    • Olive PMMA Manual Cleaning Station has sinks with enough area for immersing, cleaning, brushing, and flushing scopes without damaging them. Olive sink has a capacity of 35 litres, which is sufficient for coiling the scope within the set parameters while conserving water.
    • Manual syringe flushing is time-consuming, and it relies on a steady supply of disposable syringes to function. Olive EZY Flush is a good investment as it cuts down on water used, consumables, manpower costs, and time.
    • Olive EZY Flush further promotes consistency in reprocessing outcomes by providing consistent pressure-wash every time, lowering hospital costs associated with human error.
